Hi,
I have phpTickets up and running. It has fit well into my site.
I already use my hosts junk filter to catch obvious spam messages. I was wondering if there is a tool similar to spamassisin that could be included somewhere in phptickets to keep spam from being picked up and logges as a support request.
Any ideas?

Unfortunately I don't think this would be possible without a huge undertaking in the code. The best thing to do would allow programs like SpammAssassin to work and do what they are best at.
